Managing Director
Jeff Lewis previously held the position of Director of Sage Pastel International for nine years. Jeff was responsible for establishing the international platform for distributing Sage Pastel products globally to 52 countries. The distribution channel consisted of 80 distributors and 450 resellers who serviced over 28,000 customers from 2000- 2009. Jeff was involved with the business development of Sage Pastel Evolution since the product's inception. Development began in 2000 with the product released in late 2003. Jeff was responsible for ensuring the product was suitable for international release and was instrumental in facilitating the functional requirements to satisfy the international market.
Jeff was keenly interested in pursuing growth of the product range in Australasia and immigrated to Australia in 2008 in order to fulfil this potential. Taking up the challenge of becoming the distribution source for the region has seen Usage establish itself as a focused channel solution provider. Boasting a reseller channel of 40 Business Partners across Australia & New Zealand with offices and representation in major cities throughout.
Usage Business Solutions has quickly established itself in the ANZ marketplace and boasts a customer base in excess of 3,500 customers.

Isabella Burini owned and operated an advertising and marketing business for 15 years before immigrating to Australia in 2008.
With many years of experience in driving marketing strategies, conceptualising campaigns, account management and brand awareness, Isabella is adept at multi-tasking. As a valuable asset to the business, Isabella maintains the Usage and Sage Pastel brand through exceptional customer relationship management and marketing communication.
Deepak Nunkumar
Technical & Support Manager
Deepak has over 8 years of experience as a technical specialist with the Sage Pastel product range. Involved in the early release of Sage Pastel Evolution in 2004, Deepak implemented Evolution on a number of complex business sites around the world.
Responsible for rolling out many of the Sage Pastel product ranges throughout Africa, Middle East, Sri Lanka, Australia and New Zealand during the last 7 years, Deepak brings a deep understanding of the products and their implementation requirements.
Also a skilled trainer, Deepak provides product training on the complete product range offered to Usage Business Solutions' Business Partners.
Deepak immigrated with Jeff in 2008 and quickly established the training, support and service platform required to build and sustain the business partner channel throughout the region. Deepak brings his knowledge , experience and expertise to customers and channel partners.
Justin Elward
Development & Technical Support Consultant
Justin has been a consultant supporting customers on a range of accounting, payroll, service management and other business software solutions since 1999.
Justin has supported and consulted for the following vendors Sybiz Software, Capital Office Business Software, JIWA, Advanced Business Manager, Wage Easy, Microsoft, Trend Micro and Sage Pastel International.
Developing solutions with Microsoft .net technologies and leveraging his experience with hardware, software, development and Microsoft technologies, Justin provides solutions for customers and channel partners.
Justin currently holds the record for the highest score on the Sage Pastel Evolution Accreditation Courses.
Martin Trumpelmann
NZ Technical Sales & Support Manager
Martin has worked in a number of industries and has exprienced first-hand the technical and functional details required from a financial solution.
Previously owning and operating his own consulting business, Martin brings over 15 years experience in selling, supporting and implementing Sage products.
Martin has had exposure to a number of accounting solutions and is aware of the benefits of implementing the right solution that will grow with your business. With a customer-centric attitude Martin is an asset to the New Zealand region offering speedy support, product implementation and channel management.
Connie Blefari
BizCare Manager
Connie Blefari manages our business care (BizCare) department. She has over 9 years' experience in the Sage Pastel products, with a focus on the accounting and operational features. Connie would be considered a “power user” and provides in-depth knowledge on how to use the application to its fullest. Prior to joining Usage Business Solutions, Connie gained considerable experience as a Company Accountant /Office Manager advisor. Her current role includes management of software license renewals and payroll. She also has extensive experience in business development and commerce.
Dorothy Jenkins
Channel Liaison
Operating out of Perth, Dorothy performs a supporting role to the channel partners and forms part of our customer BizCare team. Dorothy manages all forms of communication to the channel, customers and prospects assisting with the flow of information.
Dorothy has been involved with Sage and Sage Pastel products and the channel for 20 years and shares her knowledge wherever required.
