After you log on as a Supervisor user, go to the Setup | Tax menu option which will display the following information:


The next step is to click on the percentages tab and the current GST rates will be displayed as in the image below, it is important to take note of the Start and End Dates as well as whether to create a new code or use an existing code, if you are unsure please consult with your Authorized Sage Pastel Business partner who has been trained it this area:



You need to also change the default rates for the different document types to ensure system wide changes
