The Challenge
The Enzed Entities were using an inherited system from the previous franchise owner. Faced with daily challenges using the existing financial solution, they quickly realized that the business required a feature rich solution that would be able to incorporate the intricate details of their business model.
Enzed have several service and supply vans which are managed the same as mobile stores that sell products direct to customers. Each van is stocked with different products which are more suitable to the area or industries which they service. Tired of not having a clear picture of stock levels and individual sales details, The Enzed Entities were on the look-out for a sophisticated business solution.
The solution would need to manage multi-warehouse functions as well as provide detailed reports on current van sales statistics and stock levels. A point of sale product was also top of their list that could integrate with the chosen solution.

Sage Pastel Evolutions Point-of-Sale
The Enzed Entities head office has been fitted with Sage Pastel Evolution's Point-of-Sale module. All sales are entered online and processed in the core accounting solution.
Sage Pastel Evolution Point of Sale integrates with both Receivables and the Inventory add-on module, while addressing the practical issues the business may encounter within the retail Point-of-Sale environment.
The Results
Sage Pastel Evolution provides a holistic view of the business. Microsoft’s SQL server database ensures data integrity and maintains data in one central database.
Taking the business beyond standard reporting functionality, Enzed are able to generate spreadsheets by simply extracting the data and converting it into an easy-to-read, graphic format.
Each van is managed as a multi-warehouse enabling the business to capture data for future stock management. Stock sold from each van is then entered into the core accounting system which automatically updates the master warehouse alleviating any room for stock management errors.
